Before making any transactions from your TRUST AND PAY wallet, please ensure that the recipient's wallet number and the amount of money are correct.
In the event of any incorrect transactions through TRUST AND PAY, all responsibilities lie with the customer/sender. The customer themselves input the recipient's account number and the amount of money, as well as confirm the transaction by providing the PIN. Before entering the PIN, the customer can review the information (the recipient's mobile number and transaction amount) displayed on their mobile screen. This allows them to verify the information and, in case of any incorrect input, cancel the transaction instructions. Therefore, if money is mistakenly sent to an unintended account by the customer, TRUST AND PAY does not have the authority to reimburse the customer without a court order or the recipient's consent.
The transaction Id is a system-generated unique reference number against each transaction that is preserved as identification.
The time required to complete a transaction depends on the transaction flow. Typically, it takes less than a minute, and in some cases, it can be completed within a few seconds.
